With applicants ages 18-26, from 5 continents/55 countries, you have access year round to a large selection of candidates. Our multi-tiered screening ensures that only the most exceptional and qualified au pairs are accepted.
You will attend an orientation session in your community and your au pair will complete an online course and attend a comprehensive orientation upon arrival to the U.S.
The focus of the orientation is on:
• Cultural adaptation and problem solving
• Child development and safety
We also partner with the American Red Cross and AAA for custom orientation workshops. Au pairs also receive child development and safety sessions in your community throughout the year
Your family will receive more than just great child care. Your children will have an opportunity to receive a unique, global education during their most formative years, learning about the world and your au pair’s culture and customs.
